2023 -2024 CLUB VOLLEYBALL SEASON

Information

Tryouts will run for the 2023-2024 Club Season end of November-beginning of December. Watch our website and Facebook page for updates as the date gets closer.


Tryouts will consist of 1-2 evaluation sessions.
Athletes are encouraged to attend both sessions.
Upon completion of tryout evaluations, Vertical Limit coaches and club staff will contact successful athletes with an offer to join Vertical Limit Volleyball Club for the season.

All athletes must register with Volleyball Alberta as a 2024 Youth Development Player prior to tryouts.
There is a small fee to register.

Every athlete will be given a 8 digit Member ID that is required prior to tryouts


IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We are pleased to announce that Vertical Limit Volleyball Club, Velocity Volleyball Club & SPVC have agreed to make the tryout experience less stressful by allowing female athletes, for all age categories, to benefit from a Thursday, November 30th, 2023, 10pm signing deadline, after which all offers made previously will expire. This will enable athletes to attend all tryouts of their choice before having to make a final decision.

2025 -2026 CLUB VOLLEYBALL SEASON

Tryouts will run for the 2025-2026 Club Season starting September 14th, 2025. Details for all age groups are listed below.

Tryouts will consist of 2 evaluation sessions.
Athletes are encouraged to attend both sessions.

LOI (letter of intent)

Volleyball Alberta guidelines state an offer (LOI) must be honoured by the club for a MINIMUM 48 hours. This means that athletes have 48 hours from the time the offer was given to accept or decline. They can even request an extension if they require more time to make their decision.
